Christine Todd Whitman is the Founder and President of the Whitman Strategy Group. Prior to founding the Whitman Strategy Group, she served in the cabinet of President George W. Bush as Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 2001 to 2003. From 1994 to 2001, she served as the Governor of the State of New Jersey. Before becoming Governor, she was the President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. She is Co-chair of the Republican Leadership Council (RLC) and is the author of a New York Times best seller "It's My Party Too." Governor Whitman serves on several boards including: Executive Committee of the Eisenhower Fellowships, the Council on Foreign Relations, American Security Project, Reform New Jersey Now, Corporate Eco Forum, S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc., Texas Instruments Inc., and United Technologies Corporation. She co-chairs Clean and Safe Energy (CASE), and the Aspen Health Stewardship Project. Governor Whitman also serves as an advisor to the Aspen Rodel Fellowship program and is a visiting lecturer through the Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellows program. In 2005, she co-chaired the Palestinian elections for the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and in 2003 led the international delegation to observe the Cambodian presidential elections for the International Republican Institute (IRI). Governor Whitman earned a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College and holds a Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.
